We certify that Intech does not maintain or provide for its employees any segregated facilities at any of our establishments and Intech does not permit any of our employees to perform their services at any location, under our control, where segregated facilities are maintained. We agree that a breach of this certification is a violation of our EEO provisions. We further certify that no employee will be denied access to adequate facilities on the basis of sex or disability. We recognize our employees’ rights to be free from discrimination in relation to pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions, including the right to reasonable accommodations.
Intech is further committed to maintaining a work environment that is free from sexual harassment. The term “sexual harassment” as defined by the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is any unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when submission to such conduct is an explicit or implicit condition of employment, evaluation and/or advancement. When such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment, it is considered sexual harassment.
Intech maintains a work environment free of harassment, intimidation and coercion at all sites and in all facilities at which Intech’s employees are assigned. Claims of harassment, intimidation and/or coercion will be investigated and appropriate action taken to alleviate any deviation from this policy. If you have any problems or need to talk with someone regarding harassment or equal treatment in the workplace, call the equal employment officer.
Mr. Brad Wilder is Intech’s Equal Employment Officer. Mr. Wilder will coordinate the equal employment opportunity efforts of the Company and report directly to the Board of Directors. He will advise and assist in correcting any deficiencies noted in the plan through continuous revision and updating of the program.
